CHECK-IN POLICY OF ALLEGIANT AIR
Just a simple click and you can get your boarding pass. Passengers can check in by different modes i.e airlines ticket counter, kiosk, mobile app, customer support. To avoid any hassle passengers can do online check-in through the website. Online check-in window opens 24 hours prior to flight departure and closes 45 minutes before flight departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF ALLEGIANT AIR
Airlines offer their passengers to cancel their reservation anytime before their flight departure. However you can get a full refund for your cancel ticket within 24 hours of the booking but the travel date should be at least one week (168 hours) ahead from the booking date or else no refund will be provided for your cancel ticket.
No credit or refund is given for any price difference once the reservation is done. No refund is given if the cancellation is within 7 days of the departure unless the passenger has purchased TripFlex.
TripFlex allows passenger to modify or cancel their reservations without any fees.
No-show Policy: Since August 16,2017 if a passenger fails to board his/her flight or change or cancel his flight under the specific policy will be treated as passenger who canceled his reservation on his own and the amount for the flight booking will be forfeited as per the airlines no-show policy. No refund and credit will be provided to no-show passengers.
Credit will be provided if the cancellation is done within the specific time period after deducting carrier charges, booking fees, fare difference amount and the cancellation fees except the cancellation fees do not apply if purchased under TripFlex (amount paid for TripFlex is one time fees which is non-refundable). Credit voucher will be non-refundable and non-transferable and can be used for future travel only in Allegiant air, voucher need to be used within 2 years from the actual date of voucher issued between January 1, 2020, and June 31, 2021.Travel must be completed within one year of the date of the initial reservation for credit vouchers issued on or after July 1, 2021.
All flight booking which are purchased within 24 hours are allowed to cancel for full refund but only if the flight departure is at least a week (168 hours) away from the actual date of flight booking
CHANGES POLICY OF ALLEGIANT AIR
Allegiant air offers a unique option which can save change fees for their travelers. Travelers can book under the same to get change fees waived off at the time of modification of their flight booking.
WITHOUT TRIPFLEX
If the traveler has not purchased the TripFlex at the time of booking he needs to pay the change fee charges to change their flight reservation.
Changes to the existing itinerary is possible but it is subject to availability of the flight for the new date as change fees will be applicable $25 per person, per segment plus fare difference if any is applicable for the new date.
- $25 per person per segment is the fees charged for all the itineraries booked after 12 am on May 1,2021
- All tickets booked before 11:59 pm on April 30, 2021 will be entitled for full refund, traveler need to contact Allegiant Air customer support
Travelers are responsible for any change in price for airfare.
WITH TRIPFLEX
Change fee will not be applied to any itinerary booked under TripFlex. TripFlex is used only one time in the booking and once used the next change will be considered as normal change and will be charged as per the airlines policy.
If no change has been made to the itinerary within 24 hours then TripFlex will be considered canceled. If a traveler canceled TripFlex within 24 hours through the customer care support then a refund will be issued. If travelers cancel TripFlex through online then a credit voucher will be issued which traveler can avail for this future travel within two years of the date of initial reservation for credit vouchers issued between January 1, 2020, and June 31, 2021. Travel must be completed within one year of the date of the initial reservation for credit vouchers issued on or after July 1, 2021. Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended.
Travelers are responsible for any change in price for airfare.
Exceptions to the above policy may include special promotion bookings, sales and some holiday travel dates.
IS NAME CHANGE PERMITTED IN ALLEGIANT AIR
Name change is not permitted by allegiant air after the flight booking is done.
ALLEGIANT AIR AIRPORT CHECK-IN
Allegiant air advises their travelers to reach the airport 02 hours prior to their flight departure. A valid government issued photo identification such as driver’s license, state identification card or passport is required for check-in for any passengers above 18 years or older.
Please plan to be checked in, through airport security and at the boarding gate at least (1) hour before departure and on board the aircraft at least 20 minutes prior to departure
Passengers are subject to being reassigned to another seat if necessary to provide seating accommodation to one or more passengers with disabilities as required by the Air Carrier Access Act and federal regulations, in which case, passenger seat selection fees will be reimbursed.

BAGGAGE POLICY OF ALLEGIANT AIR
Allegiant Air allows their travelers to carry one personal item bag which includes a purse or small bag which can accommodate below the aircraft seats. If you are traveling with more baggage you can buy the bundle from the airlines which will cost you less in comparison from the airport if you add the baggage. Allegiant air advises all their travelers to buy the baggage well in advance to save their money. Baggage is priced based on destination and per segment, according to FAA/TSA security directives each traveler is allowed to carry 02 bags in the cabin one is Personal item and one is carry-on baggage.
Carry-on Baggage
- You can carry one carry-on baggage but it should get fit in the overhead bin
- Maximum size is 9 x 14 x 22 inches (22.9 x 35.6 x 55.9 centimeters)
- A roll-aboard bag, garment bag, or tote bag, not to exceed size requirements
- If you are carrying oversized baggage then you need to pay the extra baggage fees
